A treasure hidden by the sea

Waking up to breathtaking sea views was magical. The staff’s warmth made every moment unforgettable. Having a corner room with that sunset was pure bliss!

Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak, making morning routines less enjoyable. I expected more for the price paid, given the hotel's reputation.

The hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden and pool. My Classic Room had a wonderful side seaview, and I appreciated the complimentary minibar. It was a delight and special thanks to the reception staff for being so refreshing.

Room views are fantastic, especially from the sea-view rooms. Beach club fees are surprisingly high. Walking tours nearby offer great local experiences.

The recent stay was a wonderful experience, especially given the beautiful renovations that truly enhance the atmosphere. The beach club was fabulous, effortlessly providing a calming backdrop with soft music. The concierge staff was particularly impressive, handling our reservations and requests efficiently, making our time particularly smooth and enjoyable. However, the breakfast choices could use a little improvement, particularly with the viennoiserie and coffee quality. Overall, it was an enjoyable escape in a prime location.

the air conditioning didn't work so well at first. but the room was incredibly spacious with a lovely all-white decor. enjoyed lounging at the beach club while listening to the live music trio nearby. great location right on the seafront, perfect for relaxing.

Hidden charges caught us off guard, like the €140 fee for beach chairs, even for hotel guests. The room showed signs of wear, with a mini fridge that didn't work and the shower fluctuating in temperature. Miscommunication plagued our experience—first told the pool was closed, then later confirmed it was open, with others swimming. The check-in process dragged on, and we felt misled about breakfast pricing, which turned out to be almost €60 per person. While the aesthetic might feel luxurious, the maintenance and clarity of service need serious attention.
